1. If unexpected trouble
1. If the Trouble – (Если внезапно беда)If suddenly trouble comes,
Craftily taking you unaware.
If you are weak, it means,
The Loving God will be glorified.

The soul is burning down as the smoking wick…
God knows!
He won’t quench, He won’t break you,
He won’t leave you!
Don’t forget, God is faithful and powerful!
Don’t lose heart on the way to the lost paradise!
Jesus says He is gentle and humble,
That we will find peace in Him.
Come to Him with a heavy burden,
Through the trouble and pain.
God will share His glory with you -
The everlasting glory of Christ!
He gives promise that everything will be done right,
As God is a source of all good!
2. O my General
2. I Was a Pig Before - (Генерал)I was a pig before, wallowing in puddle,
But Christ came and made a miracle:
He turned me into a sheep, whiter than snow,
And I began to bleat.
But the foolish sheep, what a trouble,
Suddenly fell into the mud and began to grunt.
Shortly it understood it was not pleasant,
It became all black and untidy.
Refrain: Oh, my General, I’ve lost so many battles.
But You kept me safe in struggles,
Jesus, my Saviour!
I believe that your blood,
Saved me from sin:
On the cross the victorious shout, “It is finished!”
And a poor sheep is black from dirt,
It has no strength to get out, so it stands crying.
It began to freeze and bleat not loud,
And the Shepherd found His lost sheep!
Being so happy, he took the sheep on His shoulders,
It quietly listened to what He was saying:
“Silly sheep, follow Me,
With Me alone, you’ll find peace”.
Recitative: If you are tired and exhausted on your way,
And you don’t have strength to go anymore,
You are in bondage of sin, and fell into meshes of Satan,
You forgot what peace and the dreams are,
And it seems to you that you are lost,
And there is no sense to struggle, as you’ve lost everything,
You want to go away, to disappear forever,
To slam the door…
But where to go?
Refrain: Jesus is your General!
Even though you lost many battles,
But in your battle, Jesus protects you, He is your destiny!
Firmly believe that blood of the Christ,
Saved you from sin,
On the cross the victorious shout, “It is finished!”

3. In the mantle of night silence – (В пелене ночной тиши)In the mantle of the night silence,
Through the fog of troubled dreams,
I hear the cry of my soul,
It can be understood without words.
Refrain: Reveal Yourself to me, my Lord,
So that I can find you.
So that I won’t live anymore,
In the darkness of my soul.
My Lord, You created me,
And I belong to You,
I exist for You,
You alone make my life.
Refrain: Captivate me, my Lord,
By the breadth of Your soul,
By the depth of Your love,
By the height of Your dream!
Repentance
4. God, here I am… - (Покаяние)God, here I am…
I am my own judge, god and master,
Alone…
I am the bird without a wing,
sun without warmth,
heart without fire,
Smoke…
Refrain: Lord, I ask You, please, forgive me,
Lord, I pray to save me,
Lord, take me to You.
My life is empty and senseless…
I am as a rusty can,
Under the feet of people…
When I go to bed,
The loneliness wishes me Good night
And I can’t fall asleep for a long time,
And when I wake up,
Despair takes over me…

Warm me, God,
With Your love.
I hung on the cross
5. I was on the cross - (Я висел на кресте)I was hanging on the cross, I was there and suffered,
As everyone else, as everyone else, on the cross I was dying.
And the sentence passed on me, like on everyone else, like on everyone else:
I am a murderer and thief, I am murderer and thief.
On the cross next to mine, a criminal was crucified.
As everyone else, as everyone else, on the cross he was dying.
And the sentence passed on him, like on everyone else, like on everyone else:
He is a murderer and thief, He is murderer and thief.
And between two of us, Son of God was dying.
As everyone else, as everyone else, on the cross He was suffering.

As if a murderer and thief, as if a murderer and thief.
“If You are God’s Son and saved others,
Save Yourself and come down the cross!
If God is Your Father and is pleased by You,
Let Him save You”, the second criminal was shouting.
I was hanging on the cross and told the other,
“You are not afraid of God – in an hour we’ll die!
We are murderers, thieves; our sentence is our destiny!
But Jesus was dying having not a single guilt”.
And I told Christ, “I believe that You are the King!
And when You come, don’t forget about me!”
And Christ replied through the sorrow and darkness,
“Today you shall be in Paradise, today you shall be in Paradise!”
Lifting His eyes to the sky, Jesus cried,
“Father, into Your hands I commit My spirit!”
He exclaimed, “It is finished”; And bowed His head down on the cross…
In three days He rose from the dead! In three days He rose from the dead!
I was hanging on the cross, and was dying with Christ,
With Christ I rose from the dead, with Christ I rose!
I’m justified by Christ, I’m not forgotten by Christ!
I believe that I’m forgiven, washed by the blood of the Friend!
Don't be sad
6. Don’t be sad – (Не журись)God loves you so much and waits for you,
Don’t be sad!
Just open your heart and share your sorrow.
Say about your lonely nights and pain,
Remember, God loves you so much
Аnd waits for you!
Refrain: Don’t be sad!
I say, “Don’t be sad!”
Believe,
God forgot your sins long ago,
That you brought to Him:
God loves you so much, remember,
“Don’t be sad!”
Have you stumbled again; forgot who you are?
Don’t be sad!
I’ll remind you: you are a beloved child in Christ!
Because for your sins Jesus died on the cross:
He rose from the dead to bring you to the Father!
Let me not forget
7. Let me not forget – (Дай мне не забыть)I will timidly lift my eyes,
To the Holy eyes.
I will open wide the locked doors,
To Your ways.
I will tell You about the pain,
I will tell about the troubles,
I will not hide my sins,
And with tears will ask You,

“Lord, let me always be close to Your chest.
Let me not forget, my God, about Your love”.
I know, You loved me,
Before the world was created.
Your blood was shed
As declaration of Your love!
Let my heart has
open doors for You.
“Help me, Lord, to deny myself,
How You denied Yourself!”
You'll never betray me
8. You will never betray – (Потому, что Ты любишь меня)You will never betray me,
You’ll never leave me in the troubled days.
No one will be able to snatch out of Your hand,
That is because You love me!
In the night watch – You are with me,
Giving me strength on my way home.
You are crying with me, when I have trouble,
That is because You love me!
Refrain: In the storm and hurricane,
In severe cold, rains and heat,
Jesus is next to me,
Because You love me!
If in my soul I forget You,
You pray for me day and night.
For You will never betray me,
That is because You love me!
Because You love me,
My heart praises You!
I trust myself into Your hands,
That is because I love You!
A scent of cold in the soul
9. There was a smell of cold in the soul – (В душе запахло холодом)There was a smell of cold in soul,
The raven flock is whirling,
My soul grieves, suffers in the dungeon.
But I want to tell my soul,
That it is early to lose heart,
While your candle is still burning – hope and believe!
Calm down, my soul, and don’t be sad,
Call upon God with all your heart,
Tell the Lord, Who is good, “Uphold me, uphold!”
My soul is grieving and is sad,
My flesh fails,
But You, my Lord, are refuge, and You are my inheritance!
Don’t let me seek for happiness,
But let me touch the holiness,
Let me see, God of joy, Your bright face!
Give me Your Light and Truth,
And I’ll give sincere praise,
The man is strong not by his strength, but by the Holy Lord,
The good Lord, my Lord!
God is alive
10. God is alive – (Бог живой)If I am sad,
If I feel pain,
If sometimes I cry.
I know for sure: right beside me,
The living God walks right beside me!
You are my strong tower,
You are my strength,
You are my support in stormy and rainy weather!
You are my Lord,
You are my happiness,
You are my happiness, the living God!
Refrain:
God is alive, God is alive!
Though I often suffer, I don’t lose my heart,
For God is with me!
God is alive, God is alive!
He is walking right beside me,
His tender look protects me, God is alive!
He will cover all my failures with love,
He will heal my wounds with the living water.
He will comfort my troubled soul,
It’ll be comforted by the living God alone!
God sought me
11. God Has Found Me – (Бог меня отыскал)God has found me,
Among the cold rocks,
Among the lost roads,
Where I could perish.
But God has found me…
He has given me His own life,
And set me free from fetters.
So, I’m singing Him the glory,
The glory forever and ever!
For He has given me His own life…
He is my Best Friend,
And I am not afraid, when I’m with Him.
And I will tell everyone, without concealing,
“Jesus loves me!”
For He is my Best Friend…
Even if the trouble comes,
Christ is always near.
He keeps me safe by His love, -
He is my hope and shield!
And even if the trouble comes…
Falling leaves
12. Leaf fall – (Листопад)One day I’ll also come
To the house of My Father,
Where I’m loved and waited for,
Where I’ll forever be with Him!
I’ll bow down before my Creator,
Will lay my crown before His feet,
And I will quietly tell my Creator,
“Thank You, Father”.
Refrain:
Leaf fall, leaf fall, leaf fall
Is twilight of earthly life.
The millions of golden losses are leaf fall!
Let winter not predict the end,
The Heavenly Father is waiting with love,
And during the leaf fall, spring reigns in the soul!
One day I’ll come
To the City where Love reigns.
The holy people sing a song there,
Giving the glory to the Creator of worlds!
He lived among the lost people,
And with the price of the Calvary wounds,
He gave me salvation,
And access to the heavenly Temple!
A quiet evening
13. Silent evening – (Тихий вечер)Silent evening, like candles, is melting
And the dew is filling heavens with light.
Your lips, your shoulders, and your eyes…
It means we are together again,
It means you’re again beside me, beside me.
As if I dream, as if I dream – you love me,
And it is warm in your eyes.
And we are destined to whirl in the sky like birds:
It means you’re again beside me,
It means we are together again …
Refrain: Forever, forever! And no one will separate us now!
If trouble comes to house, let it teach how to love!
I believe, and I know that our moments are not vain,
And while going through all troubles,
Let them develop into the years of happiness!
Your hands and your words are like gold,
Tears of happiness are like pearls!
Your tenderness and embraces are like priceless gift:
As the years passed by I need you even more,
With time you became more and more precious for me.
It will happen that life will fly by and will fade away like grass,
But I know our days are not without a reason!
This evening of our meeting will sprout in ages to come:
It means you’re again beside me …
It means we are together again …

Me Father's home
14. Father’s home – (Отчий дом)How many years now,
We’ve been sailing together in life’s ocean?
We were beaten pretty much by storms,
The winds were tearing off our white sail…
But we don’t give up and sail
To the shores where it is calm.
There once was our Father’s home,
There once I was happy…
Refrain: But,
I will see the home
Again,
I’ll see my Father’s home,
It’s not far away to sail!
There will be no thirst,
And there will be no pain,
I will meet my Father there,
I’ll meet my Father!
Neither storms, nor rains can scare me.
The calms and fogs will not lead astray.
The light of the “Morning Star” rises,
Driving away pain and sorrow!
You have chosen me
15. I am chosen by You – (Ты меня избрал)I am chosen by You, justified and glorified,
I don’t want to live for myself anymore
Neither glitter of the cars,
Nor the cozy light of houses,
Be replacement, oh Lord, of Your love!
Refrain: I do really want to glorify Christ,
With all my life, to glorify Christ,
And in my heart, to glorify Christ!
You have put a dream in my heart:
To tell others about Your love,
So together we’ll sing of Christ’s Name on the Earth.
Hundred times I fell - You held,
Faithfully You did await,
You were comforting, tenderly clasping to chest!
Neither let statutes, nor taboo, rule over men,
Only mercy, only faith, and only love!
I wish I could be quiet, so that I can glorify
My God, not by words, but with my life!
